EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

Refund & Exchange Policy (For Online Purchases)

We strive to provide you with a flexible and enjoyable shopping experience. Below is our Refund & Exchange Policy for orders placed through our website:

1. Refund & Exchange Period

  • Refund: The product can be refunded within 3 days from the date of receipt.
  • Exchange: The product can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of receipt.

2. Refund & Exchange Conditions

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
  • Please include the price tag and all accessories, such as the original packaging or a "non-use guarantee" card (if applicable).
  • This policy applies exclusively to orders placed via our website and does not cover products purchased in our physical stores.

3. Shipping Costs and Fees

  • The shipping cost for products is calculated at checkout and is borne entirely by the customer.
  • If you refund or exchange the product, the customer bears the full shipping cost.
  • The customer is responsible for any customs duties (if applicable), which are to be paid directly to the shipping company.
  • The store will cover the shipping cost for the new product in case of an exchange.
  • Note: The product must be repackaged as received to avoid any additional shipping costs.

4. Refund & Exchange Steps

  1. Submit a refund or exchange request via the following link: https://www.montaniashop.com/apps/returns
  2. If you are in Kuwait, a representative will be sent to pick up the product within 2 business days.
  3. If you are outside Kuwait, we will send you a shipping voucher from one of our approved shipping companies to coordinate the pickup and communicate with them.
  4. Please fill out the provided shipping voucher and attach it with the package.
  5. Once the product is received in our warehouse, we will evaluate the order and send you an email notification before proceeding with the refund or exchange process.

5. Refund Process

  • For online payments, the refund will be processed and returned to your bank account within 3 to 7 days after the refund is approved.
  • If the payment method was "Cash on Delivery", an electronic voucher equal to the value of the refunded product will be issued.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and any bank fees will be deducted if applicable.

6. Refund & Exchange in Physical Stores

Customers are entitled to exchange sizes only in our physical stores for orders placed via our website; cash refunds cannot be processed through physical stores.
